The CYT3012B is a five-segment low THD high power factor LED linearconstant current driver which integrates 700V high-voltage MOSFET. Thechip has excellent resistance to avalanche breakdown and surge. It canpass the 650V lightning surge test when there is no external protectiondevice. It has a built-in over-temperature protection function to improvesystem application reliability. The peripheral can adjust the output current byadjusting the REXT resistance value. At the same time, CYT3012Bintegrates the input line voltage compensation function. When the input linevoltage is too high, the CYT3012B will reduce the output current through anexternal compensation resistor to ensure that the input power does notchange with the line voltage.It is mainly applied in LED lighting, architectural lighting engineering andother fields. The cost is low with simple structure and fewer peripheralcomponents.
